Saturday Walk-In Clinic
Saturday Hours: Starts at 9:00 AM

• For acute care such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, earache
• Prescription refills, pap smears, physicals, and allergy shots are done during regular clinic hours, Monday through Friday

To reduce waiting times, shots for allergies, hormones, flu, and vitamins will be provided on a WALK-IN basis TUESDAY through FRIDAY ONLY.

So we may better serve you, please bring the following to each clinic visit:

• Current Health Insurance or Medicaid Card
• All current medications
• Shot Record, if coming for a physical or STEPS physical
• Current phone number and message phone so we can contact you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled

Texas HealthSTEPS Physicals - Please bring the child’s shot record and Medicaid card. Medicaid requires the appointment to be with the child’s current Primary Care Provider (PCP). To find out the PCP’s name, or if you lost your Medicaid card, call 1-800-252-8263 to get a replacement. Please do this before making your appointment.

Please book in advance for all physicals. Depending on the time of year, it can take a month or two for an appointment.

Injections for allergies and vitamins are provided between scheduled appointments. Mondays are especially busy for us and can result in delays of over an hour for injections.

Worker’s Compensation Exams: Dr. Miles Hutson; Dr. Matthew Windrow; and Dr. John Meyer (Dr. Meyer’s established patients only). Bring all forms with you or you will need to be rescheduled.
