Moises Soulas Jr., MD
 Dr. Moises Soulas, is the Medical Staff's General Surgeon. Dr. Soulas is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. He will provide surgical consultations at the Surgical Clinic at 606 31st Street and provide surgery services at the local hospital. Dr. Soulas has practiced in San Antonio since 1995.
Dr. Soulas is a native of Laredo and a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received his medical education at the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio and completed his residency at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. During his residency he completed a year as a Cancer Fellow, and served as Chief Surgical Resident in his final year.
