He and his wife Sandy reside in Hondo. He is board certified in Family Practice and has been active in the Hondo community for over twenty years.

Dr. Rowland provides general acute care and labor and delivery services at Medina Community Hospital.
Dr. Matthew Windrow began his medical practice in Hondo in 1999. He says he always planned to return to Hondo when he finished his medical training. He is a graduate of Hondo High School, the University of Texas at Austin and Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He also completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, where he became good friends with Dr. Rowland. Dr. Windrow provides general acute care and labor and delivery services at Medina Community Hospital.
Dr. Zachary Windrow joined the Medical Staff in October 2004. Dr. Windrow is board certified in Family Practice and will also provide obstetrics service. His practice is split between the Medical Clinic of Hondo at 3200 Ave E, and at the Medical Clinic of Devine at 300 North Teel. Dr. Windrow is happy to return to his hometown of Hondo after practicing in New Braunfels since 1997. Although he enjoyed his years in New Braunfels, his first choice has always been Hondo for practicing medicine. The small-town atmosphere, the fact that there was now a need for another physician in the Hospital's clinics, and the chance to be closer to family influenced his decision to relocate to Hondo. He and his wife Malissa have three children.

Dr. Moises Soulas, is the Medical Staff's General Surgeon. Dr. Soulas is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery.
