Position Title: Mid Level Provider - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Department:Rural Health Clinics
Position Description: Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians in an outpatient setting. Responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients by completing medical histories, conducting physicals, establishing diagnosis through tests, and formulating treatment plans. Provides follow-up and health maintenance care of patients in accordance with protocols approved by a physician.

Qualifications: Board of Physician Assistant Examiners, Texas Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (DSP) with two to four years related experience. Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas with valid DEA and DPS numbers.

Friday – Devine
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.
