Charles Walbourn, Certified Physician Assistant
 Charles Walbourn, PA-C has extensive experience in Family Practice clinics. He received his training in the Air Force and at the Oklahoma University Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, OK. He acquired certification by the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants in 1980. He has worked in the Medina Healthcare System clinics for 18 years. He assumed full time duties at the Devine clinic in 2006.
