Medina Healthcare System offers free childbirth classes monthly to any residents of Medina County.

Attendance is recommended 2-3 months before your due date.

Topics covered include:

• Hospital preparation
• Anatomy
• Labor & breathing techniques
• Role of the labor coach
• Pain management
• Postpartum recovery
• Breastfeeding
• Newborn infant care
