I HAVE NOT received an email to set up my patient portal

* Do not proceed to the log in button below, you must first receive an invitation (via email) to set up your portal. If you click the log-in button below and click "sign up" the account will be set up incorrectly, and will not work.

* If you think that an invitation has been sent to your email but you cannot find it please check your junk mail or spam folder

* To request an invitation to join, ask the hospital staff at your next appointment OR email patientportal@medinahospital.net

I HAVE received an email to set up my patient portal

* Click the link in the email and follow the instructions carefully to set up your portal

* Once set up is complete, you can log in to your account or download the MyCareCorner App
